1. Look through the ribbons and familiarise yourself with them all and how you’re going the achieve them.

2. Sort out the ones that you need to go after from the once that you’ll gain naturally. The fertilize crops ribbon for example will come naturally. All you have to do is fertilize your neighbours crops everyday which you should be doing anyway to gain XP and help you level up.

3. Once sorted, select 2 or 3 ribbons that you want to get.

4. When you know how to get the ribbons go after them full tilt not half heartedly. If you want to be a ‘Fruit Farmer ‘ then make sure that the only crops you plant are fruit.

5. Once you’ve achieved all 4 ribbons go back to step 2 – rinse and repeat.

1.The first of my farmville tips is one of the first tasks you should try to accomplish when starting your farm so get saving because it’s expensive. It will cost you 10,000 coins and it’s worth every one. What is it then?

Expand your farm. Just a little at first, you’ll go from 12 x 12 squares to 14 x 14, This will give you an extra 54 squares to farm. If you plant soy beans and harvest everyday it will pay for itself in under a week, that’s not including all of the xp you’ll gain, then it’s all profit.

2.I know you may want to make your farm look all pretty right from the get go but please resist the temptation. Plant and harvest as many crops as you can to get the money coming in and think about the look of your farm later. Once you’ve got the money rolling in then you can think about the appearance.

3.look through the ribbons and try to accomplish these tasks to get the ribbons. For example if a task is to harvest 5 different types of tree. Plant 5 different trees only, then harvest them to get the ribbon. Don’t waste your money planting any more.

4.Once you’ve got some money rolling in and you’ve expanded your farm buy a dairy farm and a chicken coop. You can then fill these with chickens and cows to harvest for coins each day without investing money ploughing, sowing and harvesting.

5.The same goes for trees you can plant a forest and continue harvesting permanently.

6.When your farm is established and you’ve gained a few levels you’ll be able to increase your mastery of growing crops. To do this just plant 1 type of crop at a time and you’ll reach the 3 star mastery level in no time then move onto the next crop.

7.The final one of my farmville tips is more of a cheat than a tip but it’s legal and won’t get you banned like farm bots will, it’s just a small glitch in the game. If you want harvest you crops a little quicker surround the character in 8 haystacks so it can’t move and harvest away. The only purpose of it is to save time, something that I know is very valuable.

This game is quickly becoming the most popular one on Facebook. Right now there are over 50 million people playing it, yes you read correctly, 50 million people worldwide. There’s so much to do and so many ways to play that I thought it’d be a good idea to write some farmville tips in an article to get people started.

To progress through the Farmville game you must earn 3 different things. Coins, FV money and experience points. By far the hardest to collect is the FV Money. This is earned when you level up, are awarded ribbons or actually purchase the money on your credit card which I wouldn’t advise anyone to do.

You level up when you earn a certain amount of experience points. You gain experience points by doing things on your farm such as ploughing, sowing and harvesting crops and in order to do this you must purchase the things needed from the market place, things like seeds.

Once you harvest the crops you sell them on at a profit and start the whole process again building up your stash of coins, FV money and experience points to level up, unlock items and buy bigger and better things.

I’m going to show you two different sets of Farmville tips for two styles of play. The first is if you want to play it alot and have access to your farm constantly throughout the day and with the second you’ll progress a little slower however you only need to visit your farm once a day for a few minutes a day.

1. If you can regularly access the game then to start with the best way to progress is to plant strawberries. You can harvest these every 4 hours and gain 1 experience point for each harvest and you’ll get almost 3 times what you paid for them.

This is probably the fastest way to level up at the beginning. Because in every 12 hour period you can gain 3 experience points for each plot of strawberries planted. Beware, your plants will wither and die if they’re not harvested quickly enough. If you don’t have regular access to your farm then you should try the second approach.

2. If you don’t have much time on your hands you can take the slower approach. You only need to visit your farm once per day at about the same time each day. The best return on investment for this approach is to plant soy beans. You get two experience point and over four times what you paid for them when harvested.

I’d also attempt to grow the eggplant and the wheat once when you start as you gain a ribbon and subsequently some FV money for harvesting three different types of plant. Another useful thing to grow early on is trees. Harvesting three different types will get you a ribbon.

There you have it, the two best Farmville tips I can give to any newbie. Remember, the amount of time you have on a daily basis to access your farm will determine the strategies you use to play the game. Always look for the best return on investment to maximise your profit and progress quicker through the Facebook Farmville game.

Finally you don’t have to stick rigidly to one strategy, for example if you work long hours but have a day off you can plant strawberries on your day off when you can access the Farmville game regularly and plant soy beans when you’re working and don’t much time.

Hey there, Darren here,

If you’ve found your way to this page you’re probably looking for Farmville Tips. This game is fast becoming the most popular one on Facebook.

Now I’ve always been a gamer for as far back as I can remember when I used to play my Spectrum 48k. But now I have a partner, children and a job it’s hard to find the time to play.

I have a Wii that as a family, we play on together but I also have 5 games of my own, most of which have been sat on the shelf collecting dust for over a year simply because I just don’t have the time.

That’s why I like Facebook Farmville so much. You can sign in, spend a few minutes a day tending to your farm and helping your neigbours, then sign off without it affecting your hectic lifestyle. This is all it takes to feed my gaming cravings and help reduce the stresses of everyday life.

I absolutely love the Farmville game, coming home on a night and seeing my coins and FV cash increase day to day, checking my farmville crop and buying new equipment, it’s so cool.

My only problem on first playing was that although the game seemed simple enough and of course it is, I just couldn’t build my farm as fast as I’d have liked and at the end of each day I’d never have any money left. Eventually though I solved my problem at Farmville Tips
